Gbaji 4 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Gbaji 4 and its users. Please read the following terms carefully, as they define your rights and responsibilities.

• Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, Gbaji 4 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. In such cases, you may need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification is incomplete. Once documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw your bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Gbaji 4 offers regular bonuses and promotional deals for both new and existing users. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.

Reload & Weekly Bonuses

• Eligible users will receive a reload bonus every week.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

5 Betting Rules

There are some fundamental rules to follow when placing bets on Gbaji 4. These rules apply to all sports and casino games.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — only the Cash Out feature may be used.
• Odds published before an event begins are subject to change; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Gbaji 4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Maximum Payout Limit

• Maximum payout on a single bet is ৳10,00,000.
• Maximum payout on a parlay bet is ৳20,00,000.
• Maximum daily winnings limit: ৳50,00,000.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gbaji 4. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets on known outcomes or participating in match fixing.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account, or using someone else's account.
• System Hacking: Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or odds.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Underage Gambling: Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Under the following circumstances, Gbaji 4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time.

• In the event of a breach of our terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of incorrect information.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-pause or self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance, it will be refunded through the designated process — however, balances may be forfeited in cases of closure due to rule violations.

8 Limitation of Liability

Gbaji 4 strives to deliver the highest level of reliable service; however, our liability is limited in the following situations.

• Bets that fail to go through or are delayed due to internet disruptions or technical issues.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unplanned server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Issues with the user's own device or internet connection.

Gbaji 4 is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond our control. That said, our support team is always on hand to help with any issues you encounter.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Gbaji 4 treats the security of your personal information as a top priority. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Gbaji 4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:
